To comply with SEC regulations, the Platform will have a “communication channel” available to all users who create an account on the Platform. The communication channels allow you to interact with Issuers on the Platform, representatives of Issuers on the Platform, and any Paid Promoters of an Issuer’s Offering. All communications by Issuers, representatives of Issuers, or any Paid Promoters are required to be clearly identified as such. As an important note, Crowdsurf is not permitted to participate in any discussions on the Platform’s communication channels. The only circumstances in which Crowdsurf is permitted to participate in any discussion on the Platform’s communication channels is to establish and enforce general communication guidelines and to monitor and remove inappropriate content that is potentially abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, hateful, obscene, etc.
