If your Investment Commitment is accepted by the Issuer, you will receive a “Confirmation of Transaction Notice” communication, described in the FAQ titled “What types of notices should I expect to receive from the Platform once I make an Investment Commitment?”, which will indicate the identity, price and number of Securities successfully purchased from the Issuer, as well as the number of Securities sold by the Issuer in the transaction and the price(s) at which the Securities were sold to you. Your Security Instrument will be made available to you on your Investor Dashboard.
