Before you can participate in Issuers’ Offerings on the Platform, you must first create an account on the Platform if you have not done so already. There are a couple of basic steps you must take in order to create an account on the Platform:
First, follow the link here to begin the account creation process. You will be asked to provide basic information, like your name, email and phone number. You will also be asked to confirm that you are over eighteen (18) years old, that you consent to electronic delivery of all documents, notices and communications in connection with your participation in any Offering on the Platform, and that you consent to the Platform’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Second, once you create an account, you will receive an email from Crowdsurf containing a special link that you will need to click in order to activate your account. You will also receive a “welcome email” with a link to these FAQs.
