An Issuer may cancel your Investment Commitment if (i) you fail to reconfirm your Investment Commitment within five (5) business days of receiving a Cancellation and Reconfirmation Based on Material Change to Offering Terms Notice. Please note that your Investment Commitment will be cancelled automatically if (i) you fail to reconfirm your Investment Commitment within five (5) business days of receiving a Cancellation and Reconfirmation Based on Material Change to Offering Terms Notice; or (ii) the Issuer fails to complete an Offering by their stated offering deadline.
