You may cancel your investment commitment (i) any time up to forty-eight (48) hours before the Issuer’s offering deadline; or (ii) if there is a “material change” in the Offering terms after you make your Investment Commitment, then your Investment Commitment will be automatically cancelled, unless you reconfirm your Investment Commitment within five (5) business days of receiving the Cancellation and Reconfirmation Based on Material Change to Offering Terms Notice.
