During the period of time where the Issuer is required to file a Form C Annual Report, Investors will have access to financial statements of the Issuer certified by the principal executive officer of the Issuer. If, however, an Issuer has available financial statements that have either been reviewed or audited by a public accountant that is independent of the Issuer, those financial statements must be provided and the certification by the principal executive officer will not be required. Investors will not have the right to receive financial information about the Issuer once the Issuer’s reporting obligations have terminated (i.e., when the Issuer files its Form C-TR), unless the Issuer has agreed to continue to provide Investors with such information. Investors should carefully review the Form C, Security Instrument and any ancillary offering materials provided by any Issuers they invest in to determine whether they are entitled to continue to receive financial information about the Issuer.
