If either your annual income or your net worth is less than one hundred twenty-four thousand dollars ($124,000), then during any twelve (12) month period, you can invest up to the greater of either two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) or five percent (5%) of the greater of your annual income or net worth.

If both your annual income and your net worth are equal to or more than one hundred twenty-four thousand dollars ($124,000), then during any twelve (12) month period, you can invest up to ten percent (10%) of annual income or net worth, whichever is greater, but not to exceed one hundred twenty-four thousand dollars $124,000.

Note that if your income or net worth changes while you maintain an account on the Platform, or if you participated in Reg CF offerings on other Funding Portals in any twelve (12) month period, you must update your information in your Investor Dashboard to ensure that you do not exceed your annual investment limits.
