Accredited Investors do not have any investment limits in connection with Reg. CF Offerings, however no Investor should invest more than they are willing or able to lose. Note that if your income or net worth changes while you maintain an account on the Platform such that you are no longer an Accredited Investor when you were one previously, or you have become an Accredited Investor but you were not one previously, or if you participated in Reg CF offerings on other Funding Portals in any twelve (12) month period, you must update your information in your Investor Dashboard to ensure that you do not exceed your investment limits.
